Essentially, it is a domestic energy assessment without the cost of the EPC certification, but including advice tailored to your property.

The process is essentially the same as an EPC, but without the legal certificate or associated certification costs. This is therefore £10 less than the coresponding EPC, however a subsequent EPC carried out after upgrades within one year will be discounted.
